The delivery times described on the website are for reference only. You can find out the exact data from the store manager when placing an order.

Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine (except the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). Delivery to other countries is not carried out.

Important! Before accepting a specific product and signing the order form, you need to check: absence of defects; delivery completeness. If these actions are not performed and the goods are taken outside the carrier, the buyer bears all responsibility for the goods!

Exchange/Return of goods

We are very loyal to the procedure of returning / exchanging goods. To carry out the procedure, it is only necessary to contact our service manager at the number indicated in the warranty card.

According to current legislation, a good quality product can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase, but this period according to our rules is 20 days!

If you want to return a good quality product purchased from our partner or dealer, you should contact him directly.

In the event that product defects are detected during the established warranty period (purchase of goods of substandard quality), the consumer has the right to demand:

1. free of charge elimination of product defects within a reasonable period of time;
2. proportional price reduction;
3. reimbursement of expenses for elimination of product defects.

In case of a significant violation of product quality requirements (detection of defects that cannot be eliminated, defects, the elimination of which is associated with disproportionate costs or time spent, defects that appeared repeatedly or appeared again after their elimination), the buyer must the right of your choice:

1. refuse the contract and demand the return of the money paid for the goods;
2. demand replacement of the product.
